This award, which is to be announced on Oct 15th, would be a welcome trophy for our cabinet which also includes the [Star Developer award from eBay in 2008.](http://ebaydeveloper.typepad.com/dev/2008/06/congratulations.html)
2009, so far, has been a strong year for us, and this nomination is a testament to the stellar work our development team has achieved.
Here are some of this year’s highlights.

This enables web applications to interface programmatically with the vzaar platform.

vzaar became the first online video service to offer users a choice of video player sizes.
**-July**:[custom player features launched,](http://vzaar.com/features)
vzaar releases a host of new custom player options that includes support for high definition.
**-August**: eBay [release vzaar video](http://vzaar.com/blog/2009/08/were-live-vzaar-enters-the-ebay-applications-programme) hosting for Selling Manager users.
vzaar launch the first Selling Manager video application for eBay.
