We’ve recently had a lot of positive comments about the video lightbox on our [vzaar homepage](http://vzaar.com). In order to demonstrate our vzaar video player, when clicked, the player on the homepage pops up and plays in what is called a [lightbox](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lightbox_JavaScript). It looks pretty cool doesn’t it? So how would you like to be able to serve the same type of video effect on your own website?

The easiest way to do this is using the Lightview library. It’s easy to use, and inexpensive. Firstly, go download a copy from [here](http://www.nickstakenburg.com/projects/lightview/#download)
Then create a file in the download directory for the LightView library with the [following code](http://help.vzaar.com/faqs/video-and-technical-questions/video-lightbox). This will give you a working demo with two video, both as individual light boxes, and as a gallery / slideshow.

You’ll find further details on the [help page](http://help.vzaar.com/faqs/video-and-technical-questions/video-lightbox) where we’ve documented this.
Please note that if you want to use any of the vzaar features like autoplay, borderless, colours etc, you need to add the flashvar field as in the second example video above.
So we hope that helps? If you’d like some more guidance then by all means [get in touch](http://vzaar.com/contact) – we’d love to hear from you and to see how you want to make the most of the lightbox feature.
