iPhone app doesn't play all videos

For about 2 weeks only, some of my videos don't play on the iPhone app. No idea why - any ideas?

    Here we go Caroline. The ones that don't work on the iPhone app are:
    889762
    885711
    885098

    I tap the thumbnail from within the app and the player comes up for a few seconds before returning to the thumbnail screen without playing. They usually work on the my lap top, but of late I've been getting a LOT of "Error pnf18: Video data not found" errors. This error happens on ALL my videos and may not be related. While you're here though, it would be nice to get that sorted too. What is a pnf18 error aand why would I suddenly be having these problems?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your patience, and I do apologise for the delay in following up with this issue.

    We have been working on resolving an iOS related bug that seemed to only be affecting a few videos uploaded recently. We have resolved the particular issue, and therefore if you re-upload the videos, you should be able to play them back without any issue.

    If you still experience the problem, please let me know and I will delve deeper into this for you.
