Trying to view and change settings for video sends me to 404 page not found error

Trying to edit the settings for one of our videos and every time I click on settings the page starts to slide down as it has in the past and halfway through this proccess I get kicked to one your page not found pages.

   Hi Chris

   Thanks for contacting us. I have not been able to replicate the problem, so would it be possible for you to do a teamview with us so that we can see exactly what you are seeing? If you are able to do a teamview please download this software and let us know when you are ready to begin by informing us using our Live Help feature (as shown in the image below).
