Hello,

I have been trying to encode some videos but they seem to be stuck...One actually went through while to others cant be encoded as it seems...Is there any issue on your end?

   Hi Mauricio

   Thanks for contacting us. We have had some problems with our encoder over the past few days, but our developers have now resolved this issue. Many apologies for any inconvenience that it has caused. Needless to say, this is a very rare occurrence and it should not happen again.

   Could you please try re-uploading any videos that have not been encoded?
