1. I want to relist my auction, but I don’t want to have to add the video every time. What do I do?

   vzaar’s videos will automatically relist with your listing. All the vital buyer information will also be reset to match your listing. The video will remain in your listings until to remove it. ↵

2. vzaar doesn’t seem to be able to find my eBay listings

   If vzaar doesn’t bring up any of your eBay listings once you have uploaded a video to the site and are looking for an existing eBay listing to insert it into - click on the rather long winded link at the end of that empty page that read:

   “Do you have listings in a different country from your eBay registration, or scheduled listings? Then click here.”

   Click on that link and it should solve the problem. If our listings still don’t show please do contact us

   REMEMBER that going to My vzaar and My vzaar eBay listings does NOT bring up all your eBay listings - just your eBay listings that already contain a vzaar video. ↵

3. Can I put video into my scheduled listings?

   Yes you can. If vzaar has problems finding them please follow the step above. ↵

4. I have more than 50 listings, how can I see more?

   vzaar brings up the first 50 listings onto the first listings page. More listings are available on further pages of 50. They will appear in the order that the listings were created in. ↵

5. Can I include my vzaar video in a template?

   Yes, if you are familiar with html. If you want to move the vzaar video around in your listing, have a look at this page for more details.

6. Does vzaar work with Turbo Lister?

   Yes you can. You can incorporate vzaar into your templates that you use in Turbo Lister. Merely upload the video to vzaar. Take the embed code that’s produced and insert that into your templates where you would like the video to appear (if you need help with html and templates, this page should help).

7. Does vzaar work with Auctiva?

   It sure does. vzaar videos can be incorporated into your templates here too and doesn't effect your Auctiva assets. ↵
