MailChimp Integration

We offer a neat feature that allows MailChimp users to capture new sign ups for their email mailing lists via the final screen of our player.

By adding your MailChimp ID to your vzaar Settings Page you'll be able to turn the final screen of the video into a mailing list capture form. Customers or viewers of the video will be prompted to enter their name and email address. Instantly the form will add that user to your MailChimp mailing list. Simple.

How Do I Integrate My MailChimp Account?

To set this up you'll need to have an active MailChimp account. If you don't you can sign up for one here.

1. Log into vzaar and visit your Settings Page.

1. Copy the Unique ID of the MailChimp list you'd like your new subscribers to be added to. You can find it in MailChimp under that list's "list settings and unique id" section.

2. Copy your MailChimp API Key by clicking on the "API Keys and Info" option under your MailChimp Account tab, and then paste the key into your vzaar account.

3. Click Save.

The final screen of the video will now default to this email form. The colours of the form will default to the border colours that you have assigned to that player.
