Grahame Sewell

Grahame is CEO of GTS Ventures Ltd, a private equity business which over the last 15 years has invested in and led the development of a number of early stage technology and healthcare businesses.

He has wide international experience having lived in five countries. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, he developed his career in commerce, being a founder director of the international division of Lotus Development Corporation, the software company, which grew from start-up to a $500m business.

He was then COO for the international division of Reebok International as they built their international business. He then joined the main board of UniChem plc, the healthcare group, as they listed on the London Stock Exchange and he led the growth of the retail business. Since then, through GTS Ventures, he has been Chairman, CEO or Non-Executive Director of a number of businesses, two of which have completed IPOs and several of which have achieved good Exits through trade sales.

Grahame was the first outside investor in the Company and his role on the Board of Vzaar Limited is to work towards building shareholder value and providing excellent corporate governance.
