What is Playback Bandwidth?
Playback Bandwidth is the total amount of data generated from your total video plays each month. This is also known as the total amount of data out. We do not add or charge for upload bandwidth or video storage.
What is normal and max upload limit?
Upload limits are based on each video upload and are determined by the original size of the file and not the duration of the video. You can upload as many videos as you like.
Platinum and Titanium = 2GB/upload
Will my videos play if I go over the limit?
If you approach or exceed your monthly allowance we'll email you asking you to upgrade your account. Free users that then exceed their allowance by a further 20% will see their video temporarily replaced with an upgrade message. Paying customers will have further chances to upgrade, before similar steps are taken, as we appreciate that a sudden spike in views shouldn't put a halt to your videos.
How many plays do I get with each Package?
It is hard to say exactly how many plays per month each package will yield as there are so many variables to consider.
